What a joy to see on Father’s Day the dedication of baby Jose, it was a nice gift.  While the Pastor prayed for him and for his parents, he behaved nice and what took us by surprise, was the handing to Jose and Vanessa a letter addressed to baby Jose, this letter is to be open on his 13th birthday.  I pray I will be around in order to hear what this letter says.   I know Moises GranPa would have enjoyed seeing how far our Lord has brought us, he is greatly missed.  Just a note, as I am finishing this small update, Moises called asking for a picture where Hanna and grandpa would be; Hanna has being asked to speak on a member of the family that is special to her, she choose grandpa, what a privilege that at small age she still remembers him, they were very close. Raising a kid now days is really a challenge, that will hardly be done well, unless the Lord is in the midst of the family life and our lives.  We are all grateful for your faithfulness to the Lord on partnering w

North Team It seems that this year the rains have arrived a little early, but still our Lord blessed us with a few dry days, enabling the team reach their sites safely.   The experience the teams went through was little challenging putting to the trail the flexibility in change of plans or strategy used.  Such was the case of the team at Monte Lirio, due to difficulties with the previous pastor that the church (group of followers at this area) requested for him to leave, the team had to impart leadership guidance to the three members plus that are at this moment leading the work, plus 12 interested youth.  Plans for a near future is to be able to start basic Bible training to those that are eager to learn.  There were 3 baptism in this area, the work with the women was hard due to the problem mentioned above, pls pray that our Lord will heal their hearts. For years we have being praying for brother Lazarus’s wife to come to full trust in our Lord, well, we were in

The Bible Institute was a blessing, we only had two pastors that were not able to attend due to the rains.  The module on the Doctrine of the Holy Spirit was an eye opening for many of the attendants.  Things that are taking place in churches and are not according to the Word.    How does the Holy Spirit dwells in us empowering us to be witnesses of the One who died for us on the cross, the same way He with the early Church.  Challenging is the issue of giving up ourselves so He will reign. At the  beginning  of the  module  we (teachers and us) were  expectant  that many questions will arise, but for our surprise hardly any question came up, but they opened themselves on sharing  about  their experiences with other ways  of  worship and ministering.  Inside of me, gratefulness arose that He allowed me to witness the strong roots and clear understanding they have on the person of the Holy Ghost.   Next class in Sept. Praise Jesus that starting last year 12 Pastoral packages were s
