Medical Clinic at Tugri and Peñas Blancas / Chiriqui Mountains Aug 2-9, 2015

e3 Medical Team (national included)

Awesome Team the one our Lord brought last August 2-9.  They were only nine north eagles but their medical service mobilized 40 nationals including the Ministry of Health's personal.

The service was done in two areas, Tugri which is the capital of the Reservation and at Peñas Blancas.

Moving to the next village

Our Lord allowed the clinic to have dental, glasses, immunization, medical attention and well supplied pharmacy.  Most of these services provided by the government, actually, the medical team was a catalyst to mobilize all these services.

Partnering with the government was a new experience, that at the beginning was not easy for they expected us to mold to their routine or system of patient attention but since they had to travel each day placed us in the advantage of starting the clinic with the e3 way of doing medical clinic and at the end they adjusted to our way.  I am not sharing this as to say that we won, no, is a way of seen God being in control of every area.  The pharmacy was on site each day.

Now that we look back, we can say "Praise the Lord" things worked out.  We had our stress moments but nothing that could not be handled.

Our Lord allowed us to see Him ministering life's in both way, in the team and with the patients.  It was just awesome that in four days 706 went through the clinic and had the opportunity to hear a clear presentation of God's story, from which 106 trusted the Lord, and 9 persons of peace where found.  These new believers also were trained on how to share their faith.

Prayers are always needed and appreciated specially when following these new believer is a challenge to the pastors due to the distance from village to village.
